Shiner's Run is a fantastic route along the mountains  along the Tennessee and North Carolina border.   The area was greatly impacted by the floods from last fall and are now making a comeback.  The roads are all in great shape!  Still working on lunch plans, will update before the day of the ride.  Come get your shine on!

Oh, look, another day of riding some of the best motorcycle roads in the world!  Meetup at the Walland Center in Walland, TN, and ride the Foothills Parkway, Tail of the Dragon, Wayah Road, and Moonshiner 28...before doing the Tail of the Dragon again!   Make sure your side rubber is good before this ride!   We will dip down into Georgia for lunch at the Dillard House.  Starting a little earlier than normal due to what will be a long day despite being just over 200 miles from meetup to end.

Run to upper eastern Tennessee and just a smidge of Virginia.  A 300+ mile day for most riders, but the juice is Jeffinitely worth the squeeze.  Fast food lunch in Mountain City and more mountain roads back to Johnson City before hoping on the interstate to motivate back toward Knoxville.

This is the end of the official ride. For the more adventurous, the Redneck Dragon, Hwy 32 out of Cosby, is nearby. Jeff will pre-ride to make sure the very short gravel section is in good shape.

Just a short run up around Norris Dam, and a lunch stop at Vols Diner. Meet at the Indian dealer 10 a.m. Ride will end at Biker Rags, so you can stock up on swag. If your a new rider, new to group riding, or just want a leisurely stroll on some backroads this is a great ride for new riders and those new to group riding.
